Melodic Alternative Rock made by a boy and a girl.
5 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Emo, POP: Today's Top 40
Details:
Looner gets "Naked," musically that is, on their latest 5-Song EP Rules. They strip down their sound to bare bones and then build it piece by piece into a rock solid amalgamation, ultimately a absolute rock 'n' roll force, and one not to be taken lightly.
This incredibly full and power-packed music is Zoë Roché (drums, vocals, loops) and Angel Roché Jr. (vocals, guitar), a husband a wife duo that rocks so hard it hurts, but boy does it ever feel so good.
Angel calls their recording multi-tasking as an art form, a live and risky way to record in the studio, yet taking the leap to see what happens, results in a sound that is loud and ballsy, like a five piece band, not two people.
It is ironic that they titled their CD Rules because they do not follow any and come out smelling like a rose on these tracks...you gotta love that indie spirit!
Tracklist
1. Naked
2. St. Louis
3. Visualize
4. Wait On Yourself
5. Rules
