Still riding off of the success of the group 3MK's underground hit album titled: Kill 'em Dead and the feature spots they landed on Nationwide released albums: Down South Ballin' Vol. 1 and 2. the label positioned itself as one of the better up and coming Memphis rap labels.

This album also marks a first look at newly found talent THA 12 before his debut album titled: Surreptus Populus hit CD Baby this August.
