Loren West plays a unique blend of melodic, guitar driven modern rock. His songs are uplifting, lyrically sophisticated and chock full of hooks, whether he is churning out gritty alternative rock or introspective acoustic pop. His first CD Flirting With Disaster is stylistically varied, ranging from the soaring ballad Reason To Believe to the dark alternative track Shipwrecked. Loren is a veteran of the New York City club scene and has performed at legendary venues like CBGBS and the Bitter End as a solo artist and with the band Silent Men. Originally a New York native Loren has relocated to Philadelphia PA where he continues to write and record songs for your listening pleasure. His second CD Orange Alert is also available on CDBABY.
