Ferny Elf Coipel, a studio owner and popular musician spoke with David and scheduled a meeting about the new album and what the band wanted to achieve. The relationship was magic. The recording process was better still. Nothing was rushed and the engineer knew how to capture the waking band in studio form. A job many have failed to do in the past. After countless negative relations, the band was finally on a role. This time around - three days and $3000.00 dollars later, âAppleâ was recorded and mixed, then sent to Funny Monkey Productions for a clean $700.00 deal to master the album.

Money was a huge factor. Being in a band certainly did not seem as healthy or as promising as if it were back then. Though live shows continued - the mastered copy of âAppleâ sat without funds to produce it. A friend of the band named Norma Perez filled the gap where past managers failed to accomplish.
Time and life and pure coincidence came to play once again for The Tunes and Tones. Norma had worked a deal with her own connection with a business man named Larry for a generous loan. The band was now able the self-release âAppleâ in March of 2008 and further their profession.
