"I'm a white girl who likes hip hop. I'm not trying to be anything I'm not," Mandy Baby said while moving to a recording of her first release "Throw My Hair Back" at Nazzdack headquarters in Arlington, Texas.
Mandy Baby's styles ranges from party-banging tracks, like "Move It", to a more conscious style, as shown in "Be Careful". The 21-year-old's introduction to rap came in 1992 when she first heard Dr.Dre's "The Chronic". She has followed the evolution of the rap industry throughout her whole life. And is now adding her own voice to the mix.
Over the commanding production of Zeno G., Mandy Baby's debut album, "Seeing is Deceiving", introduces another newborn to the rap game. With the right mix of style, rhymes, and, music well, to put it bluntly she can't lose .
"The Hip Hop industry is ready for it now. Everyone is doing their own thing and taking rap music to another level," said the deceptively delicate-looking blond. "Now it's my turn."
