My name is Mary Jackson. I am a primary school music specialist and private piano teacher in New Zealand. I have been concerned that many children are not hearing classical music or good poetry these days. I decided to collect traditional and modern poems, and arrange some of them to music.
If you look up my website, www.starlightmelody.com you will also find Angel Babies, my CD of 35 lullabies.Both these CDs have sold well in NZ, and I have been on National TV and radio in both NZ and Australia.
The songs on Catch A Singing Star, have been well received by school children of all races in London,Australia and New Zealand.They have enjoyed dancing, singing and playing percussion instruments to them.
