I have always loved music. My mother began instructing me in piano when I was 4 years old. She was a well respected piano instructor throughout Texas. I was primarily a classical pianist, as that's what my mother taught.
Although I loved music, my career took me elsewhere for many years. As time passed, I continued to play intermittently, mostly for myself and close friends.
Within the past year, I began composing, and even put myself at some risk by playing my own compositions for friends and family. I was encouraged to get my music professionally produced and the result is "Within Me."
My music is composed when I'm inspired based upon people, events, situations, or feelings. You can read about each song inspiration on this website or on the CD liner notes.
