Mike Grebb first picked up a guitar at age 15, and within a year, had written a half dozen songs and hooked up with a couple of friends to form a high-school band. After four years without a band in college, he moved to Washington, D.C. in 1993 and played around town as a solo artist before helping form the band, Oddbox.

While recording the first Oddbox album (which came out in October 2002 and was featured on MTV's Real World), Mike started work on a solo record at Recording Arts studio in Fairfax, Va. (with the multiple WAMA-award winning producer Marco Delmar). After three long years, the project became the new album, Resolution, which is slated for official release in early 2005. Mike plans to host a CD release party to celebrate (date and location to be announced)., but until then, people can order the disc online at www.mikegrebb.com.

Mike is now putting together a separate band devoted to his solo material with plans to play gigs in the Washington and Baltimore area soon. "With my solo efforts and Oddbox both tugging at my attentions, it looks like I'm going to be pretty busy in the coming months," he says. "But there's nothing I'd rather do."
