Biography:
Born and raised in Texas, Mike lives in the great music city of Austin. Mike just released his first album, "Can You Believe?", that was recorded at PromiseLand Studio in Austin, Texas.
Mike has had the priviledge of playing bass in his home church band and is currently gearing up to take the album wherever God leads.
Mike has four beautiful daughters, along with wife Laurie and their miniture Dachshund named Rosco who, by the way, thinks he's human.
The album is a compilation of songs written, sung and arranged by Mike that are intended to reach the hurting and the lost by pointing them in the direction of Jesus Christ. Mike also enjoyed playing guitar on the album and was joined by daughter, Morgan, who sang all of the harmony parts on "Can You Believe?" and "The Garment".
Influences:
Randy Phillips, Russ Taff, Gary Oliver, David Huff and, of course, Merle Haggard, George Jones and Brad Paisley.
