Kelly Domino is a female Singer/Songwriter whose style ranges from 80's-esque pop to torchy blues to Karen-Carpenter-like ballads. The songs on her debut album, which will release world-wide in November 2008, each have unique music and vocals, keeping listeners in suspense about what to expect with each song. Some offer prominent saxophone, reminiscent of a Norah Jones or Quarterflash style. The other pop tunes are reminiscent of the styles of Cyndi Lauper, Heart, Blondie or the late Karen Carpenter.

She is proud of her powerful lyrics, and her fans appreciate the depth of emotion each song induces. Whether happy or sad, proactive or reactive, her songs are cathartic and are aimed at inspiring or helping people, even when there's a negative subject. She writes about real-life situations, and jokes that if you can't identify with any of her songs, you probably don't have a pulse.....

Kelly was born and raised in Wisconsin, and has lived most of her life in the Midwest (Lake Geneva, Janesville, Chicago, Flint, Dayton, and Fort Wayne; the exception was 6 years in Albuquerque). She is happily married with four daughters who enrich her life everyday, two of which are still at home.

She is often asked about touring. Being home with her husband and school-age daughters is important to her, so she plans to tour during the summer months when her family can accompany her. Most major record labels want immediate and extensive appearance commitments when releasing an album, so she has started her own label (Domino Productions), and is counting on fans to spread the word about this debut effort until her first tour in the summer of 2009. Until then, she is working on her second album, which will provide more material for her first tour.

Some people thought she was crazy, leaving a well-paying job in 2007 in a career that she's had for 20 years, to chase a childhood dream. Writing meaningful songs makes her happier than the computer job ever did, and she looks forward to the years ahead.
