He is not the new kid on the block, but the most talented producer the streets has yet to hear, Victor Ferguson Jr. A.K.A Monstarr, born in San Francisco,Ca. He produces his own tracks and self confident enough to prove his tracks are pure and genuine. The meaning of(Mon),means, Uncut Verses, carzy ideals, lyrically wild.
