Band leader Russ Weeks plays guitar, mandolin, & fiddle as well as doing most of the lead singing. He is the only original founding member of the group. Russ is a 27 year veteran of Bluegrass Music contributing most of the original material to this group. He has been a BMI songwriter since 1995.

Steve West plays mandolin and banjo for the group. He sings mostly Tenor and Baritone, and has been a bluegrass musician for 40 years. He spent 30 years of his life as a professional "Country Show" musician and owner in Central Missouri.

Roger Matthews plays banjo and guitar as well as singing baritone and tenor. For over 30 years he has been a semiprofessional Bluegrass musician founding such groups as Radio Flyer with Irl Hees in the 1970's and performing for the past several years with Midnight Flight.

Tyler Weeks plays and sings Bass in an outstanding fashion, as stated by Jeff Deaton on the cover page. He is sure to bring the crowd to life as he lays aside the bass act to move center stage, putting on the guitar and singing lead for a number during the set.
