Bio: Originally a trumpet player, Nate switched to electric bass to fill an opening in a friend's metal band. Several garage + basement bands later he began singing as well, fronting a trio in Chicago. Stifled in his songwriting he switched instruments again to guitar-going the solo route in frustration with flaking band members. After sporadic gigs about Chicago he followed his muse west to Seattle, continuing to expand the sound. In addition to promoting his new release, Edgewater Alienation, Nate is gathering players to record a country single, "Is This The Bottom?"
