Authentic
BLUES FOR JEWS

Track 1: Ho Jo. A new version of a rowdy, well known blues standard. Our tribute to the "Mostly Gone-But Not Forgotten" restaurant chain.

Track 2: The Bubbie Bus. A salute to "bubbies" or grandmothers. Willing dispensers of free hugs and advice.

Track 3: Eat Alone. Here are a few such bits of advice, food style.

Track 4: NY Cowboy Walking Bass Version A . Alex Baum "takes off" on bass.

Track 5: Petaluma, CA A charming town, lovely homes and Jewish chicken ranches.

Track 6: Little Boy Blues. Refers to the ritual of circumscision.

Track 7: Cold Air Blues. A favorite "gripe." TIP: Grab a couple of napkins before you head in.

Track 8: Nanishevitz Blues. Our own "classic" promotes the taste and tipsiness

associated with Passover seders.

Track 9: No Money Blues. I've met lots of kids with entrepreneurial spirit.

Track 10: NY, NY Parody.

Track 11: NY Cowboy Walking Bass Version B. Which rendition do you prefer?

Track 12: Volvo. The heavy frames are supposed to help with crash survival.

Therefore, Mom needs one.

Track 13: "It's Just As Easy. My Mom's advice. Of course, folks tell me they heard this in their own families. Marry a rich one."

My very sincere thanks to all the people

who provided encouragement and honest support.

This has been a tough assignment. But it's MUSIC!

So we're busy now preparing the next album

"Lonely Boychik". You're now among the small

but growing collection of good friends.

Love ya. MN (ASCAP)
