Willis Clow began his career as a professional musician while growing up in Slat Lake City, Utah. While living there, he performed in a variety of bands and musical situations, most notably the Utah Symphony and the Salt Lake Alternative Jazz Orchestra. He self-produced and performed on the Salt Lake Alternative Jazz Orchestra's first album and as a member, was voted 'Best Jazz Band' by City Weekly readers in 2004 and 2005.
In 2005, he relocated to Los Angeles and began to rebuild his career as a Studio Guitarist and Sideman. Since then, he has continued to perform for a variety or acts and venues. In April of 2006, he performed at Walt Disney Concert Hall as a member of Glen Branka's 100 piece Guitar Orchestra. Most recently, he traveled to France to perform with singer Jeanne Mas for four nights at The Trianon Theater in Paris.
This album is his first release under his own name.
