Ken Martin came from an unknown part of the galaxy. He landed on this planet in 1967.
On a small island near Detroit Michigan called Gross Ile. Ken instantly had an affinity for music and started playing piano at the age of four. At the time Ken was inspired by The Beatles, Yes, E.L.P. and Todd Rungren. At the age of seven Ken became more serious and was inspired by Chick Corea, Gino Vannelli and George Duke. Kens first gig came at the age of eighteen playing piano at The Montauk Yatch Club. He then attended Ithaca College where he studied music and broadcasting. By This time Steely Dan had become a big influence on Ken and he became more of a writer and singer. Ken played in a number of bands and ended up in Montreal where he started making albums. After playing around Montreal and Toronto Ken has come back to New York and Las Vegas to play LIVE.
