STANDING RIGHT HERE is a collection of original songs; from the revealing and personal "Scared" and "Time That I Go," to the loose and fun songs "Beer" and "Has Anybody Seen My Coat," each song paints a stunning picture of ourselves, and our hopes and dreams.
STANDING RIGHT HERE features Jesse Dyen on piano, George Ruch on lead guitar, Dan Grosh on drums, Mike "Shemp" Mellender on bass and Kelly Owens, Monica Lynk and Fred Griffith on backing vocals. STANDING was produced by Mark Nicholas.
In addition to the songs, it's really Mark's voice and live show that makes the presentation so totally inspiring. Rough and road-worn, natural and unique. Boston-based songwriter Mark Nicholas grew up in a small town on the New Jersey shore. "As kids we were free spirits, and we grew up quickly." That freedom has been transposed into the very essence of his music.
