2nd Album of this very talented young lady with the big voice: tasty rock songs and fine ballads, mainly originals.

This is the 2nd album of Christine Brezovsky, this very talented lady from Austria
The 1st album was "Strong", with a mix of styles from Soul and Pop to Jazz
This time we decided to concentrate more on the
composing work and piano playing of Christine, as well on a more "rock" approach
On the other side there is the urge of her to sing slow, lyrical songs
So ballad and rock are clearly the "Two Faces" of ChB!
As the producer I fitted additional new compositions to hers and just for fun we also took two big cover songs.
The band basically stayed the same, this time Peter Gruber did all the bass tracks
and we have some additional percussion of Luis Ribeiro
We used just a few sequencers, so we actually can say it is a "real" recording!
We took our time, I hope that you can take your time listening to it, and that you will have a good time with us!

Christine Brezovsky CD "Two Faces "â¨(scoop 111-2)
Sie ist eine der Stimmhoffnungen Österreichs. Kaum 25, jung, hübsch und eine solide musikalische Ausbildung hinter sich. Immer wieder räumte sie Preise bei Gesangs- und Kompositionswettbewerbe (z.B. Marianne Mendt Wettbewerb) ab. Sie hat u.a. Schon mit Elly Wright, Peter Legat, Rens Newland, Rebecca und in div. Rockbands gearbeitet. Ihre Stimme ist charakteristisch und stark!
Nun liegt ihr zweites Album âTwo Facesâ vor.
Der erste Longplayer (âStrongâ scoop 106-2) war eine Mischung von Soul und Pop bis Jazz.
Nun bei der aktuellen CD haben wir uns mehr auf die kompositorische Fähigkeiten und das Pianospiel der Künstlerin konzentriert. Einfachere Strukturen und ein eher rockiger Stil kommen der kräftigen Stimme der Sängerin entgegen. Andererseits waren und sind Balladen auch eine große Liebe von ihr.
Also das Roughe, eher Zynische ist die eine - das Emotionelle, Melodische ist die andere Seite von chb: das sind ihre âTwo Facesâ! Die Texte sind teilweise aus eigener Feder, teilweise von Ana Dzombic.
Rens Newland als Produzent hat passend zu dem vorhandenen Material noch einige Kompositionen beigesteuert, mit den immer genialen Texten von Lionel Lodge.
Die Band auf der CD und dann auch live ist die Rens Newland Band mit einiges an Prominenz,
