Underfloor is formed by Matteo Urro (solo guitar and voice), Guido Melis (bass and chorus) and Lorenzo Desiati (drums).
All three components of the band comes from experience with major groups in the Florence (Italy) landscape.

Their music is a rock sung in Italian with strong psychedelic veins and a strong emphasis on melodies and lyric

They attended the Rock Contest 2004, finishing in second place with Critics Award.
In October 2004, released their first CD, simply called "Underfloor" and entirely self-produced.

In February 2005, with the guest actress Eleonora Lepori, present for the first time the show "Underfloorence: echoes from underground visions", a tour of Florence between pieces of italian literature of the twentieth century Florentine and unplugged version of their music. This show will be replicated many times.
At the same time produced their first video clip, "Nevica (Snows)", selected in rotation from Rock TV broadcast and sent to various local broadcasters in the Italian countryside.

The intense live activity that followed the release of their first album were accompanied with participation in radio broadcasts on RAI Stereo Night, Controradio, Novaradio, etc.

And the album "Underfloor" were also reported among the candidates to best debut at the Premio Tenco 2005.
In 2006 the song "Fragile" is voted among the top 15 songs included in the compilation "I-ndipendenti 2005" on CD for Edel Italy.

In October 2008 released their second CD "Vertigo" (Suburban Sky Records).
