This is Clint, a 2 1/4" teddy bear. He is crocheted from Perle cotton thread #8.
Learn to make miniature thread crochet bears with this easy pattern. You should know how to crochet, the basics of crochet are enough. The bears are made with single crochet stitches.
You can make your own Clint bear with this pattern. Designed by me Edith Molina.
Thread crochet bears are miniature crocheted and fully jointed teddy bears made with lots of tiny crochet stitches using a variety of threads or thin yarns. Some of them show off the crochet stitches and the ones made from mohair or acrylic yarn can be brushed for a wonderful fuzzy look. These bears are not toys, they are wonderful works of art for teddy bears collectors.
Each of my patterns will add to your knowledge and enjoyment of the art of thread teddy bears. The instructions are easy to follow, each pattern has a diagram to assemble the bear and color photographs of the finished bears.
