Time Machine

The idea for this orchestral work started as a
guitar riff, but through the
use of classical orchestration, eerie crystal
sounds, and a percussion line that ticks like a
crazy time clock or a time machine sputtering into
existence from another dimension, the song quickly
transports you into a reverie of civilizations
past, ending with a blazing violin and viola duet
that, if performed live, would definitely be a
vehicle used to display some string-playing
virtuosity.
