ABOUT CAMDEN GARDEN
The adult alternative duo of Pat and Dan have crafted here a rich, sophisticated, clever and earnest work that is immensely satisfying to pop-weary ears. It is evident these two musicians have taken much care with each track; working to develop and nurturing each individual layer as if it were an only child. Their commitment to the project shines through on this multi-textured, harmony-laden album and gives the listener new, unexpected joys with each successive listen.

PAT AND DAN BIOGRAPHY
Acoustic alt/pop duo Pat Gibbons & Dan Hylton have a musical partnership spanning over ten years. They began as an acoustic duo in the college town of Ames, IA, then brought their act up to Minneapolis to form the alt/pop band 44. 44 achieved some notoriety in the Twin Cities through the mid-to late 90s--with radio play and performances in some of the larger venues in town, entertaining "increasing numbers of emotionally-charged fans" (Spindrift 1999). Through the entire run, they were known for a creative brand of harmony-laden, freshly-literate, and catchy music.

In the spring of 2002, Pat & Dan decided it was time to begin recording their ever-increasing base of original songs for posterity. Their first project, in which an earnest and dreamy sound began to emerge, became Camden Garden.

Today, Pat and Dan can be found in the Twin Cities music scene, playing at coffee shops and clubs with just two acoustic guitars, and loving every minute of it.
