Although it does have some degree of conceptual continuity from beginning to middle to end, this nine minute orchestral work is a medley of sorts. The whole idea behind the creation of this work was to be able to take excerpts from any given section and use it in a scene. However, you can listen to it as a stand alone song and grasp the idea of various struggles and dilemmas cultivating in a drive toward victory in the final stretch.
