For the millions of you who have never heard of Phat Chants, Phat Chants is a 21st century protest band. It's a dirty job, but somebody's got to do it. The four of them have been playing together in Santa Cruz, California for a couple of years and have a lot of fun.
Having been raised by a family of wolves in the high country of middle earth, James Davis writes all the songs and does vocals and bass guitar.
Woody Bell is from the original Survivor Game where if you were voted off the island it meant you would be the main course for that night's dinner. Woody has not missed many meals. In between feasts, however, he sings, plays guitar and trys not to drool on himself.
Jon Allen pounds out the pagan beats for the Phat Chants Rituals of Rock. His drums are a frightening conglomeration of things he dug up and things he shouldn't of.
Steve McCampbell, a.k.a. "The Phantom" is on lead guitar. Banned at birth from polite society, due to his physical "problems", The Phantom uses his spider-like appendages to craft some scary guitar solos and haunting vocals.
