His new album "Third Eye" has been released on the Fresh Sound New Talent label. It features all original compositions. Mike Moreno (Jeff Watts, Greg Osby) on guitar.
After graduating from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor's degree, Phil moved on to New York City and worked there as a freelance saxophonist and teacher.
