Most of the band has been around long enough to be influenced by everyone from Woody Guthrie and James Taylor to the Rolling Stones. And then there's the Beatles, Chuck Berry and Elvis Presley and the list goes on and on. These and other great artists of their youth remain a powerful influence. The amazing thing is what they take from these influences...lush harmonies, intricate arrangements and award winning songwriting.

Band leader Bill Mulroneyâs singer songwriter career began in the 1970âs at coffee houses and garage parties, but it wasnât until after a musical hiatus of 20 some years when seeing an open mic poster in a local bar that something clicked. Billâs passion was reignited and almost immediately he began to realize a renewed passion to write, and to rock.

He has now formed the Second Wind Bandits, a seasoned group of musicians including songwriter Bill Mulroney on guitar and vocals; Gary Garvin on bass; John Donovan on lead guitar and keyboards; and Ron Goad on percussion.

This latest CD âA Gift Of Loveâ includes 11 tracks spanning Roots Rock, Pop/rock, Jazz and Blues genres. This album contains a storyline of a man finding himself, and sharing his his blessings. "Stockbridge Bound", the very first track, is about a very special and spiritual place that is in fact, a land of milk and honey...
