Posterchild is a NYC-based power pop band with influences ranging from American alt/pop bands like Weezer, Good Charlotte, Jellyfish, and Foo Fighters to britpop fixtures such as Radiohead, Blur, Travis, and Catherine Wheel. If you listen closely, you may even detect a hint of Beach Boys influence, as lead singer/songwriter Shane Searles is related to both Mike Love and Brian Wilson.
