"Not Quite Classical" is in many ways exactly what it says: It is literally not quite "classical" but at the same time it is not quite "not classical." The album features the clarinet performing along side synthesizers in a delightful cross-genre experience. The songs were all written by Jamie K. Auberg over the past fifteen years.
Jamie K. Auberg is an author, composer, and music educator; as well as an amatuer movie producer. He attended Christopher Newport University where he studied composition with Mastersergent Aldo Forte. He graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Music Degree in 1999. Currently Mr. Auberg teaches band at Hampton Christian Academy, general music and choir at Denbigh Christian Academy, and private clarinet and piano lessons at Centerstage Acaademy. He also is a freelance composer for the Virginia Film Company.
