Details:
This album is a fulfillment of a lifelong dream. All sorts of trials, tribulations and problems got in the way of completion of this project for 13 years. I almost thought this day wasn't going to happen. If you want details of that, you can email me, but I won't go into all that negative stuff on here. The important thing is that it is here now and I am so grateful for the people that have supported my music over the years.

I have sung most of my life. I also was a dancer back in my school days as well. I didn't study voice and piano formally until college, and then I dumped the dancing for a long while. I think I like singing almost as much as eating. It was really hard to pick out songs for this album because my repertoire and taste in music is so varied. I like to sing sacred or classical style music. I have really enjoyed some of the new christian artists lately like Casting Crowns and MercyMe. I absolutely love to sing spirituals. They have so much passion and feeling behind them. I almost did a Christmas album first, but then I changed my mind. I wanted a variety of songs that would represent me the most. I have my favorite Christmas song of all, my favorite hymn, my favorite classical/sacred song, my favorite spirituals, my favorite Easter Song, and my favorite Contemporary Christian songs. I also sing in Spanish and French, so I picked a beautiful Spanish song I know you'll love. I sang a verse of O Holy Night in French since it was originally a French carol. I think it sounds great. It was fun to do. You'll have to let me know what you think of my piano versions of the two Casting Crowns songs. I was going to do a MercyMe song, but I could not get the sheet music for it. Perhaps the next album.

Music is my ministry, as you can gather. I have served in several churches in the music ministry, as a choir member, soloist, trio leader, piano player, and voice teacher. My major in college was overseas missions, so I have been to Puerto Rico and Canada on missions trips. The French and Spanish came in handy. I am now serving in the music ministry at Calvary Baptist Church in Peoria AZ. We have an awesome and talented choir led by our Pastor's wife, Sharon Fields. I am very honored to be a part of this church. We have a lot of fun too. I teach voice in my home to those who would like to use their voices for the Lord's work.

So what do I do when I'm not singing? I have a real estate business that occupies a lot of my time, and I work part time as a dental assistant. I have a ton of hobbies on top of that like reading, martial arts, and sewing to name a few.
