Formed in New York City, in the year of 2001,
Pure Dream Ladder has all the signs of true greatness: excellent songs, outstanding musicianship, powerful live presence and possession of an inner radar always steering them in the right musical direction.

They have been likened by some critics to,
"..Travis, The Doves, Coldplay and The Verve to name a few, notwithstanding the occasional Spiritualized nod..." Trying to describe their style isn't easy, because their sound is very much their own.

PDL's music is produced by the band along with
rock-soundscaper Bryce Goggin (Pavement / Spacehog / Evan Dando/ The Ramones) at Bryce's studio, Trout Recording, in Brooklyn, NY.
