Details:
Kenneth Wells aka Ra'kenn Founder/Ceo/Rapp Artist. Memphian born under the zodiac sign Sagittarius.

Hindered by a 1995 contract Ra'kenn, had to sit out and loose alot of time, and years of his career. As a youngster Ra'kenn signed a contract with hopes of starting a successful career as a solo artist, instead it was shattered. Although it was a heartbreaking time for this very talent writer and rap artist, he never gave up on his dream of becoming one of the hottest rap artist to bless the mic. After all his underground recordings and the 12 song album in 1997 (The New Beginning) Ra'kenn is back and deadlier than ever. A new start independent and still solo Ra'kenn emerges with some of his best work. Debuting out on his own recording company La Kastra-Nastra Recordings, Ra'kenn drops what will be the start of something to look forward to for a long time. The Affidavit EP (single) is one of the hottest rap singles you've never heard, so consider this your warning.

Remember the (16) track album is due to drop around the spring of 2005!

The Affidavit a (7) track single from Ra'kenn brings a strong dutty south sound, with very graphic and well illustrated lyrics.

The FIRST song off the single is (ME) linked to a vived intro. It's a mid-tempo cut with a grimey hardcore beat and bass line, almost mob motion picture ready. The song introduces you to Ra'kenn and explains how his life really is.
The SECOND song off the single is (Get'cha Cash On) it's truly a street joint rough and raw, essential and precise. With an up-tempo swing created to captivate you, and hold you listening until the very last lyric and instrument has sounded. Here's one you might want to place on repeat!
The THIRD song off the single is (There's A Brighta Day) it's truly monumental a very strong deeply rooted Ra'kenn drops some of the most touching lyric you've heard in along time. He reaches deep into the hearts of black women all over the world with this one. With a deep bassline, southern drum patterns, and his very distinctive voice you'll find yourself almost in tears with this one.
The FOURTH song off the single is (Come Party Wit' Me) self explanatory it is what it is! With a up-tempo funked out sound Ra'kenn ride you all night in this fast pace groove. Taking you to party after party like only he can, you'll find yourself balbing your head, and singing the soulful sexy chorus line in this thugged out party joint. definitely club material!
The FIFTH song off the single is (Now Ya' Kno') it's a thugged out dutty south joint with a west coast twist. It's explosive, aggressive, and sends a message that Ra'kenn is not just one of the hottest in his area, but one of the hottest spittin'!
The SIXTH song off the single is (THE OUTTRO) it's just a banging instrumental to ride too.
The SEVENTH song off the single is (Enemies) between this one and Now Ya'Kno'I don't know which one is more controversial. Ra'kenn is put in attack mode on this one defending his name and reputation. It's ruthless, relentless, and straight forward. A definite street bangger.
