80 Proof Records mandates that its artists release albums in the form of âCollectionsâ. This is a new industry standard. The collection must be completed by the artist before any individual album is released.

80 Proof Records offers artists unique marketing, publishing and compensation packages unlike any other in the industry. These internal agreements allow artists to operate as independent contractors with uncapped potential to generate revenue based upon their ability and desire to hustle. 80 Proof Records does not bind artists to long term contracts or hold them back in any fashion.

80 Proof Records abides by a self created âLove of the Music Gameâ clause. This allows 80 Proof Records artistsâ complete freedom to collaborate with outside artists provided they do not duplicate material previously intended for and/or recorded by 80 Proof Records nor use the namesake without prior permission.

80 Proof Records truly champions the âStreets 2 Suitesâ ethic by promoting a culture familiar to the streets while being embraced in the executive suites.
