Someone said that my music sounds European. Well that fits in with the fact that my older sister and I were born in immigration camps in Germany. Our parents were Yugoslavian refugees hoping for the opportunity to raise their family in a safe and prosperous environment. Two more sisters came along in northern Indiana. My dad's hard work at the steel mill and my mom's endless pursuit of education and learning helped put all four daughters thru college.

With no money, little education, no knowledge of the English language, no immediate family and 2 young daughters, my parents were still able to pursue the American dream and I AM living proof of that.

Thank-you mom and dad. I couldn't have asked for better parents. Can you hear my music?
