Frontman Luke Taylor leads the band with smooth, impressive vocals and meaningful lyrics over original music that keeps fans singing their songs over and over and over again.

Having already moved to larger venues and stages, Rainmarket has appeared with Dave Matthews, Gavin DeGraw, Tonic, Billy Idol, and regional sensations Virginia Coalition and Carbon Leaf. And had it not been for the record-breaking rainy summer last year, they would have had many more big shows to their credit. In a single season, Rainmarket was rained out of shows with Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, David Gray, and Matchbox Twenty - each separately. It looks like they have the rain market cornered...hence, the name. With thousands of CDs distributed since the fall season, Rainmarket has certainly caught fire...

While targeting the college scene, Rainmarket has found that younger siblings (as well as parents) of fans take a liking to their music.
