The group was formed when producer and underground visionary J Quest,had the idea to form a redneck rap posse. Quest began his search finding $weet T, an automotive mechanic working in the grimiest sweat hole he had ever seen. "This guy was covered with grease and had the foulest mouth I had ever heard.It didn't even matter to me if he could rhyme because he was a natural, he looked like he had been up for several days and his breath reeked of alcohol,to top it all off he had an abnormally large roll of money in his pocket that he gave me change with and I knew this guy lived on the edge. "Next came MC B aka Ma$ta BaTe$, the rhymes and crimes behind the Rapnexx crew. Quest discovered BaTe$ slaying MC's and musicians both with insane skills."I see this guy one night and he's up freestyling and just killing and then I walk into another club and he's playing lead with a funk band and nearly set the house on fire"BaTe$ then brought in Coppa Head and Pit Bull Pete for their unique vocal sounds and sick sense of humour.Rapnexx is real hardore redneck rap from guys that live it every day.
