I have always loved Gospel music. Ever since I was a young child standing on the pews at church singing with the "grown-ups", my heart has been drawn to the many great melodies of Classic Hymns and Christian music. At the age of six, I took my first piano lesson. After studying classical and various styles of music with numerous instructors from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and Northern Kentucky University, Christian music is still my favorite. At the age of about fifteen or sixteen I began to explore the vast world of Southern Gospel piano playing. One of my biggest influences was Anthony Burger. It wasn't until his tragic death in 2006 that I developed a desire to go full time in the music ministry. I played with a regional group from the Cincinnati area called the Ball Family starting when I was seventeen. At the age of eighteen, I made my first dive into full time travel when I began playing with a Southern Gospel trio called Crystal River. Six months later, they came off the road, and in May of 2008 I was hired as pianist for the Soul'd Out Quartet from Georgetown, Ohio. God is using this group and blessing our efforts. It is awesome to travel with great friends who love the Lord and have a passion for spreading the Gospel.

I accepted Christ when I was only seven years old. Since then, Satan has tempted me in many ways, but the power of God always prevails. Now at the age of nineteen, I am so grateful to Him that He continues to bless me and my family and allows me the honor of doing His work.
