It all started when Donovan got his 1st drum kit in the summer of '99 from long time friend, Jakub Svoboda currently rocking with Battlesnakes. Finally getting sick of learning how to play the drums at the river, ya the river (there was nowhere else to practice), he'd go over to Darren's house and jam just to get a little practicing in. So after about 3 weeks of jammin, Darren and Donovan kinda came up with a couple of toons. Later on they would be named "Don't Even Try", "Pack of Lies" and "My Bitch". Then they thought... ...hey... ...wouldn't it be cool to have a bass player kickin around? So they grabbed up local bassist, Dwain Spence, but he quit, we think because of musical differences. So anyhoo... ...just before he quit, Paddy would walk by every other day and would hear them practicing, and when he heard them, he thought "I gotta play with these guys!" So he was singin for about 5 weeks, and that's when Dwain quit. -MOOOWAA- Where the hell were they supposed to find another bassist in the South Central Squampton area? Well, they did it. Good ol Justin Lanktin was ready to bring it. He wasn't able to find a band that could get a routine goin on, so he joined the band. It was obviously the right move cuz the band is more SMOKIN' than ever!
