Joseph Wooten is the fourth brother of the quintet "The Wooten Brothers". He began playing organ at the age of six under the tutilage of his older brothers, so that he and his brothers Regi, Roy (Futureman), Rudy and Victor grew up playing music and opening for the likes of Curtis Mayfield, War and Stephanie Mills. Currently he tours with The Steve Miller Band, and his brother Victor Wooten.
Jessie Wooten is Joseph's oldest son and has definitely inherited his father's musical traits. Jessie primarily plays drums, but also plays Guitar and Bass. He writes most of the music for his band Faith In Shadows, and enjoys working with his father. He began playing drums at 1, and received his first drumset at age 2...and the rest is history.
