This is not your typical meditative new age CD. These songs will have you tapping your feet and feeling "happy," which is one of the signature tracks. Featuring Rhythm and Blues, Country, Folk, Pop ballads, Bluegrass, and even a little classical Spanish guitar, Blest is based upon the premise that all life is blest. Each song has its own unique message, from Think Peace, a joyful and rousing tune with easy lyrics to invite all of us to "help the dream of peace take flight", to Fly Free, a song of encouragement with a message that you can soar above anything on Spirit's wings, to the beautiful waltz of Three Quarter Time, which invites us all to slow down and enjoy the dance.

Normally there are 10 songs on a CD, but there are three bonus tracks included on Blest: Wherever I am, God Is, a new rendition of James Dillet Freeman's famous poem complete with additional verses, Let Go and Let God, with a hand clapping rhythm and a powerful message, and Perceptions, with a bluesy beat that reminds us that the key to our experience of life is in our perception.
