Description:
(ID 562072)
in partnership with CDbaby
A mix of old-school thrash and modern death/black/extreme metal.
9 MP3 Songs
METAL: Death Metal, METAL: Thrash/Speed Metal
Details:
I had always wanted to do a more raw and aggressive project that was different from the futuristic imagery and lyrical content of Malintent - born was Secularthreat. I met Ozz in 2001 and we worked on material furiously while looking for that third person. Several months later, thoroughly frustrated, I asked Matt from Malintent if he would handle the bass duties while we continued our search for a permanent member. Unfortunately things with Matt fizzled out before we could play any shows. Ozz moved earlier 2003 just after we recorded nine songs. In April, 2003 Dan Chagrin stepped in and recorded bass tracks to several songs before an amicable parting of the ways due to personal reasons between himself and me. --(Jamie Vandelly, guitarist/vocalist for Malintent)
I am looking for a drummer and bass player, so send
me an e-mail if you like and can handle the material.
Individual songs are available through Apple i-tunes, Napster, Audio Lunchbox and Viztas
