Acoustic Rock with Rich Harmonies
7 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Acoustic, FOLK: Traditional Folk
Details:
It began in Jerusalem in 1995 at Mike's Place, a small yet influential blues bar in the heart of the city. Harold Messinger and Eitan Brown began playing regularly, and were joined shortly thereafter by guitarist Yoni Benoni. The Skoobi Brothers Band was born.
The trio performed every week for several years, bringing their unique mix of acoustic and electric rock embedded with lush harmonies and on-edge improvisations to the ears of many loyal fans - who returned week after week to hear what The Skoobies would come up with next.
2000/2001 saw a reunion of Harold Messinger and Eitan Brown in Philadelphia, and this time they were joined by songstress Kelilah Miller. The trio recorded some of their original songs at home on a temperamental digital four-track recorder, and compiled an album aptly entitled "Are We There Yet."
Other recordings by Eitan Brown available on CDBABY.COM include Eitan Brown - Into The Unknown (1999) and Many Angels - to you... (2000)
