GI consists of four anointed and appointed young gentlemen by the names of Branden, Marlon, Curtis, and Lamonte. The name GI stands for Godâs Image (Genesis 1:26-27).The group has been singing together across the world for 10 years! They are singers, dancers, songwriters, and musicians. It is rare that you find all of these talents wrapped up into one unit.

Serving as excellent role models and being advocates of education, every member is either attending, or has graduated from college. Branden graduated from Elizabeth City State University with a bachelorâs degree in Music Industry Studies. Marlon graduated from Virginia State University with a bachelorâs degree in Mass Communications. Curtis is a Music Education Major at Virginia State University. Lamonte is a Music Media Major at Norfolk State University.

GI has already accumulated a heavy fan base across the country having performed at major venues and events such as The World Famous Apollo Theater, The Verizon Center, The Bobby Jones Gospel Artist Retreat, GMWA Conventions, and many more. The group has opened and/or performed with artists such as Mary Mary, Trin-i-tee 5:7, Tye Tribbett and GA, Shirley Caesar, Byron Cage, Tonex, Dorinda-Clark-Cole, the Beach Boys, and many more.
