Kris Melvin is the youth minister at Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church and Flower Mound's soul-patch poster child. He communicates with a rare series of forward, backward, and sideways foot kicks and stomps. His accomplishments include sitting behind home plate at baseball games and doing that on-camera wave thing while talking on his cell phone (presumably to the folks he erroneously thinks are watching his coolness on TV).

Paul Bonneau is the Music Director for the Flower Mound Symphony Orchestra and the Chancel Orchestra for TMUMC. He holds Bachelor, Master, and Doctor of Music degrees in composition from UNT. His compositions include works for film, television, dance, orchestra, tractor pulls, and all manner of acoustic ensembles and solos. He conducts the Tarleton State University Strings and teaches college courses in composition and scrapbooking. And even though he thinks he might spontaneously combust, he probably won't.

Frank Hames is the TMUMC accompanist. Back in the day, he played in the 1 O'Clock Lab Band at UNT. He and his business partner compose, produce, arrange, and perform on feature-length and documentary film scores, records, TV & radio commercials, corporate films, and finger-puppet shows. He is a seasoned pro, and, no matter what the topic of conversation might be, he somehow has a gig story that allegedly relates.

Phil Thomas's life to-do list includes having somebody tell him to play louder, a feat with odds on par with winning the lottery. His influences include Animal and some smiling tuxedo-clad guy that stands up and points while playing drums, head banging, and tousling a Beatles-style do. His accomplishments include hand-in-armpit solos that are as impressive as they are difficult to reduce to sheet music.

Rebecca Carrell is part of the Dorsey Gang's morning-drive program on KSCS 96.3. She has a degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Kansas, with a minor in tolerance for testosterone-driven, low-brow humor from her Reign buddies. If you think she's good on radio or as a singer, you ought to check out her pirouette and arabesque penchee maneuvers.

Jack Balderson, Jr. is a hack musician. After underwhelming his UNT music professors, he obtained B.S. and J.D. degrees in wholly unrelated fields. Adhering religiously to the notion that volume is a substitute for talent, he pretends like he didn't hear his music professors' sage advice to pick up another hobby. His accomplishments include feedback and making hearing aids whistle.
