When Dr. Frankenstein (Joseph Cotten) is killed by the monster he created, his Daughter Tania (Sara Bay) and his lab assistant Dr. Charles Marshall (Paul Muller), take over his experiments. Tania and Dr. Marshall fall in love, so Tania tries to transplant Dr. Marshalls brain into the young and muscular body of their retarded servant to prolong the life of the aging Doctor. Meanwhile the first monster is still on the loose, searching for the grave robbers that sold the body parts the Doctor made him with. Later he comes back to the place where he was created and unleashes his revenge.
