LCBC Worship is a creative community of songwriters and musicians that volunteer their gifts each week in one of the fastest growing churches on the east coast. Located in conservative Lancaster Pennsylvania, LCBC Church is an innovative, passionate community of people who desire to grow in their relationship with Jesus. LCBC stands for "Lives Changed By Christ", and life change was the purpose of 20 individuals who started a bible study in a garage 20 years ago. God has greatly blessed that vision and has expanded it to over 8000 people in attendance each weekend!

Matt Goss, Phil Schwartz, Ryan Holmes, Michael Ferarri and Jeff Culp are the full time music staff that lead hundreds of volunteer each week. God has placed a desire in their hearts to write passionate, original songs that are birthed out of scripture, relationships and life experiences.
