SOUL JUDGEMENT is a conscious Reggae roots band from New York City. Its members hail from Nigeria, Japan, Antigua, Montserrat, America and England. Their sound is a blend of musical styles that set them apart from your typical Reggae band. The members are dedicated to their craft which is to bring inspired conscious music to the world.
SOUL JUDGEMENT was formed in 1995 by lead singer Karnie Lee. He along with keyboardist Oluwole 'Adura' Peku, saxophonist Brian Smith, bassist Abda George, drummer Neil Sanders, guitarist Yasto Taga, and backing vocals Andrea Harris and Jeannine Carter form what is known as SOUL JUDGEMENT.
The band has just released their first CD entitled "Judgement is now." Their resume includes playing at 'Decade, The New Music Cafe, Shine, Elbow Room, Lion's Den, The Baggot Inn, The Mount Vernon Annual Street Festival, Television show Messages with Lion the Mature and The International Heritage Festival. SOUL JUDGEMENT's goal is to take their unique brand of music to the world.
