This Florida composer and lyricist wrote all the songs, then commissioned the stateâs leading young vocal, instrumental and arranging talent to present them. Among the great singers are award-winning and hit-making Pamala Stanley.

Sally Charles found fame early, as one of the outstanding high school modern dancers in the nation. She even got a Hollywood film contract offer which her St. Louis business executive father promptly tore up. Majoring in dance at the University of Illinois, Sally surprised everyone by becoming a farmerâs wife, a life for which she was totally unprepared. âBut I became the best farmerâs wife who ever was a farmerâs wife,â she said.
As Sally Brown she began a dance school in Rockford, Illinois, which drew top international talent for its faculty. She ended up choreographing Rockford figure skating star Janet Lynnâs Olympic-winning programs, introducing a new classical dance element into the sport which continues today.
Composing became a later interest and to it Sally has brought all her musical, dancing and life experiences with bountiful results. The honest, heartfelt, deeply-etched and ever-surprising songs on âKeeper of Dreamsâ will keep any listenerâs heart glad.
