These songs culminated from an awareness of Nature and how Mankind is treating our fragile Earth and after reading the prophecies of Edgar Cayce(The Sleeping Prophet).Myself(Sandy Shrigley), am a Beauty Therapist, Reiki 2 Healer,(about to become a Reiki Master and available to teach others) and a Holistic Therapist.
Along with my Husband Rob we both created words and music about respecting Nature.The music genre is Folk, New Age, Spiritual, Environmental, with a tinge of light rock eastern and celtic.( May be we should call it World music).

"I first became inspired in writing these songs through Meditation, along with days spent in my garden last summer.
Both Rob and myself search for that inner Spiritual Peace,and we often visit Ancient Holy sites as there are so many in Wales(With all of the Celtic and Bronze/Stone Age History).
