KPK Records is a Hip Hop/R&B record label based out of Phoenix, Arizona, started in 1999 by Ssmooth. Ssmooth joined friends, Ralu and Antz of Blow Up Productions to begin Ssmooth's first solo project, "Just A Taste". Once Ssmooth began his project, he ran into D.J. 2-Swift who had just begun his production studio. Swift ended up producing every track on Ssmooth's debut album and am sure everyone will be impressed.

There has never been an album to display a vast variety of styles by the same artist. Ssmooth's debut album is destined to be a hit and has the potential to expand International with productions by D.J. 2-Swift with sounds that range from west coast, dirty south, and old school that are united with Ssmooth's unique and versatile vocal mastership.
