Details:
I released Fyodor Fox and the Flying Fiddle, my first full length album, in late 2003. I am 27 years old and have been performing as a singer/songwriter for over 3 years throughout Austin, Dallas and Oklahoma City. I also play in the rock band The Fellowship Students, winners of the Oklahoma Gazette's Woody Award for best new artist in 2003. In addition I play the cello in several professional string quartets and look forward to incorporating the instrument into my solo shows. Thanks so much for listening!

"This is gorgeous, imaginative, inventive music......"
-Scott Appel, a columnist featured in Acoustic Guitar Magazine and an expert on Nick Drake

"Steven is an amazing singer/songwriter and guitarist, as he uses every part of the instrument to its fullest potential. Beating on it as percussion, sliding his fingers deftly up and down the neck, and using different playing styles at the same time, he frequently made it sound as if there were more than one musician involved."
-Barb Hendrickson of Oklahomapunkscene.com (they review more styles than punk!)
